There will be a trip meeting Monday November 29th from 6-8pm in the Greenfield-Central Cafeteria. During the meeting we will be discussing trip information, holiday gift ideas, fundraising, and future meetings.

I would like to thank Laura Stark, Peggy Brown, and Phil Jenkins for making last night's meeting a huge success. If you missed the Jenkins Automotive fundraising Good Neighbor cards you can stop by my room to get some. Mrs. Brown will be sharing her power point with the blog in case you weren't able to be there. Laura and EF tours are always available if you have any questions about the trip.

Our next meeting will be April 21st to learn about France!

Madrid Meeting

Come over to the Blue-Gold room Wednesday night at 7pm. We will be hearing from Peggy Brown about living in Madrid, and what to expect when traveling there.

Italian Art and Architechture

Come to the Europe trip meeting this Wednesday night at 7pm in the Blue-Gold room at G-CHS.

Our agenda:

• Art and Architecture of Italy 7:10-7:45
• Fundraising Discussion 7:45-8:00

Jill Jenkins the teacher of Humanities courses at Greenfield-Central will be presenting about Italy. Ms. Jenkins has traveled with EF Tours before, and she is very knowledgeable of the Italian history and culture. I'm looking forward to a great evening of learning.

My Passport Has Arrived

I sent for my new passport just after the first of the year and my new one arrived on Thursday of this week! I was amazed at the speed of the turnaround. Each step along the way has me more and more excited about our trip. I am looking forward to the February 24th meeting about art and architecture in Italy.

Staying Connected

Have you started fundraising? One of our travelers has raised over $400.00 already! Bake sales at Greenfield Banking the first Friday of each month is a great way to get on board.

Do you know someone interested in going on the trip? The $200.00 discount has been extended to January 4th.

Our next group meeting will focus on Italy's art and architecture on February 24th.

Best Price Deadline

Tuesday December 15th is the best price deadline for the trip to Spain, France, and Italy. EF Tours is offering 200 dollars off the cost of our trip, but the offer expires on Tuesday the 15th.

We currently have 68 people going on the trip!

Fundraising is in the works, and monthly informational meetings will begin in February.
